Three services, one quiet purpose — helping your household move forward
Each service is educational and supportive only. We help families find words, organize documents, and agree on shared steps — not as advisors, but as structured guides.
Back to HomeHow each session is shaped
Every Hesperos session begins with a short intake conversation — a phone call or exchange of messages — so the facilitator understands the household's situation before anyone sits down together. This means the session time is spent on what matters, not on background that could have been gathered beforehand.
Sessions and workshops are deliberately small. The Conversation Mapping Session is for one household. The Paperwork Sorting Workshop takes groups of two to eight. The Family Arrangements Package works with whoever the household names as their key members.
At the close of every engagement, we produce a printed document. The nature of that document varies by service — a guide, a checklist, a briefing sheet — but the principle is constant: the family leaves with something they can read again at home.
Intake call
We learn about the household's situation and recommend the most suitable service.
Agenda preparation
A brief agenda or checklist is shared before the session so no one arrives unprepared.
Session
The session is held at the agreed pace, covering the topics the family identifies.
Printed take-away
A document summarising the session content is printed and given to every participant.
Referrals where needed
Where a family needs legal, financial, or healthcare input, we provide a referral list.
Conversation Mapping Session
฿4,000 per session · Includes printed guide
A supportive session helping one household map out the points they wish to raise and how to raise them kindly. For families facing change who value calm, respectful communication. Educational and supportive only — never advisory. A printed guide is included to take home.
- Suitable for one household, any number of participants
- Helps identify talking points and tone before a real conversation
- No decisions are made during the session
- Printed guide included
- Typically 2–3 hours including a short break
Best suited for
Households preparing for a significant change — a family meeting about an ageing parent, a household relocation, or any situation where getting the conversation right matters more than having it quickly.
Paperwork Sorting Workshop
฿15,100 per workshop · Includes checklists and folders
A small-group workshop guiding families to organize and clearly label the documents a home keeps, with plain checklists. For people seeking order during transition. Organizational and informational only, with referrals to official sources where needed. Printed checklists and folders are included.
- Groups of 2–8 participants
- Covers Thai and international household documents
- Plain checklist and labelled folders included
- Referrals to official sources provided where needed
- Half-day format, typically 3–4 hours
Best suited for
Families managing a move, a change in household composition, or an inheritance situation where documents need to be located, labeled, and understood before further steps can be taken.
Family Arrangements & Briefing Package
฿33,500 per package · Includes plan and family briefing sheet
A structured package helping a household agree simple shared arrangements and produce a clear written summary all members can follow. Designed for families seeking clarity and calm. Supportive and organizational only, with signposting to official resources. Includes a plan and a family briefing sheet.
- Spread over 2–3 sessions to allow reflection between meetings
- Written plan and family briefing sheet included
- Signposting to official resources throughout
- All key household members can participate
- Total engagement typically 4–6 hours across sessions
Best suited for
Households dealing with significant, multi-layered change — an estate, a blended family situation, or a major life transition — where a single session is not enough and a written shared reference would genuinely help.

What every service shares
Full confidentiality
Personal information shared during sessions is never disclosed to third parties without the family's knowledge and agreement.
Scope stated clearly
We state at the start of every engagement what we do and what we do not do. There is no ambiguity about whether you are receiving professional advice — you are not.
Printed material always
Every service includes at least one printed document the family keeps. Sessions with no take-away are not offered.
Honest referrals, no commission
Referrals to lawyers, financial planners, and other practitioners are made because the family needs them — not because Hesperos benefits.
Small groups only
No large group events. Every session remains small enough for all participants to be heard and supported.
Chiang Mai context
All checklists and referral materials take local Thai administrative contexts into account, not just international or expat-facing resources.
Clear pricing, no hidden costs
All prices in Thai Baht. Printed materials included in every service.
