1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation we send you.
• "Content" means all text, materials, guides, checklists, and printed resources made available through our sessions or website.
• "Service" or "Services" means the family communication support sessions and workshops offered by Hesperos, as described on our website.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses our website or books a session.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" means Hesperos, operating from 75 Wichayanon Road, Chang Moi, Muang, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand.
• "Website" means our online presence at hesperos.pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are accompanied by a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

If you are booking on behalf of another person or a household group, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that all participants are aware of these terms.

3. Service Description

Hesperos offers three family communication support sessions in Chiang Mai, Thailand:

• Conversation Mapping Session — A supportive guided session helping family members identify topics they wish to raise and consider how to approach them kindly. A printed guide is included. (฿4,000)
• Paperwork Sorting Workshop — A small-group workshop helping families organise and label household documents using plain checklists. Printed materials and folders are included. (฿15,100)
• Family Arrangements & Briefing Package — A structured package helping a household agree simple shared arrangements and produce a written summary. Includes a plan and family briefing sheet. (฿33,500)

All sessions are educational and organisational in nature. They are designed to support communication and clarity within families. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. See Section 9 for full disclaimers.

4. Scope of Service

Our services are available to individuals and families located in or visiting the Chiang Mai region of Thailand. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we assess that our sessions are not suitable for a particular household's circumstances, and will offer a full refund in such cases.

We operate during our published working hours and reserve the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund if rescheduling is not convenient.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or attending a session, you agree to:

• Treat our team and any other participants with courtesy and respect.
• Provide honest and accurate information during booking and in sessions.
• Arrive at the agreed time, or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Use our printed materials and session content for personal, household purposes only.
• Not record sessions without the prior written consent of all parties present.

You agree not to use our website or services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or disrespectful to others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sharing session materials publicly without consent, misrepresenting the nature of our services, or using contact details obtained from this website for unsolicited communication.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, session frameworks, printed guides, checklists, and briefing formats — is the intellectual property of Hesperos or its content partners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content solely for your personal, household purposes in connection with the sessions you attend.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, or publish any of our materials — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent. This includes sharing content on social media, uploading to third-party platforms, or incorporating it into other materials.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by Hesperos to improve our services. We will not identify you by name in any public use of such input without your consent.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking unless we have agreed an alternative arrangement in writing.

We accept payment by the methods listed on our booking confirmation. Payment constitutes confirmation of your booking and your acceptance of these terms.

If a payment is declined or reversed after a session has been delivered, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate channels under Thai law.

8. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that family circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 5 business days before the session: Full refund.
• 2–5 business days before the session: 50% refund, or full credit toward a rescheduled session.
• Less than 2 business days before the session: No refund, unless we are able to fill the place. In that case, we will offer a credit.
• No-show without prior notice: No refund.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are educational and organisational in nature. They are provided in good faith as general informational support only. We do not provide — and nothing in our sessions should be understood as — professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or any other regulated advice.

We do not make any representations about the outcomes of family conversations, document organisation, or household arrangements that may follow from attending our sessions. Every family's situation is different, and results will vary.

Where a family's circumstances call for professional guidance, we will note this and suggest that they seek qualified assistance from an appropriate registered professional. Our sessions do not substitute for such guidance.

Our website and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot warrant completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Hesperos shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our website or attendance at our sessions. This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from decisions made by you or your family following a session.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Hesperos, its team members, and any associates from and against any claim, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services in a manner inconsistent with these terms, or from any false or misleading information you provide to us.

12. Confidentiality

We recognise that family conversations can be sensitive. Our team treats all information shared during sessions with care and discretion. We will not share personal details discussed in sessions with third parties except where required by Thai law or to protect the safety of individuals.

We ask that participants in group workshops treat the contributions of other families with the same respect. By attending a workshop, you agree not to share other participants' personal disclosures outside the session.

13. Termination

Either party may withdraw from a booking prior to the session date, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 8. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from anyone who has behaved in a manner inconsistent with these terms or in a way that was disrespectful to our team or other participants.

Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive the termination or expiry of any agreement between us.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be addressed through a good-faith discussion between the parties. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. We will always seek to resolve matters amicably before pursuing any formal process.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with your booking confirmation, form the complete agreement between you and Hesperos.
• Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these terms to any other person. We may transfer our obligations to a suitable successor with reasonable notice to you.
• Notices: Any formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our address below.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — for example, by displaying a notice on our website or emailing you if you have a current booking.
