What exactly happens in a Conversation Mapping Session?
You and the family members you invite sit together with a facilitator who helps you list the topics you want to raise and think through how each might be brought up kindly. Nothing is decided on the day. You leave with a printed guide summarizing the points and some possible ways to open each one.
Do you give legal or financial advice?
No. Hesperos is an information and communication support service only. We share general information about documents, processes, and communication approaches. For any legal, financial, or health questions we refer families to qualified, registered practitioners.
Who attends the Paperwork Sorting Workshop?
The workshop is designed for small groups — typically two to eight people. You might come alone, with a partner, or with adult children. We keep groups small so there is enough time to work through each person's actual paperwork needs calmly.
How long does the Family Arrangements & Briefing Package take?
The package is usually spread over two to three sessions, giving family members time to reflect between meetings. The total time involved is typically four to six hours, plus the time to review the written summary before it is finalized.
Are the sessions held at your office in Chiang Mai?
Most sessions take place at our space on Wichayanon Road in Chang Moi. For families who prefer a home visit or a neutral venue nearby, please ask when you contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is your pricing and can I pay in installments?
Sessions are priced at ฿4,000 (Conversation Mapping), ฿15,100 (Paperwork Sorting Workshop), and ฿33,500 (Family Arrangements Package). Prices are in Thai Baht and include all printed materials. Please speak with us about payment arrangements if needed.
How do you handle personal information we share with you?
Information shared during sessions is kept strictly private and used only to prepare and deliver the session you have booked. We do not share personal details with third parties. Our full privacy approach is described in our Privacy Policy.
